  • Method 1: In-Game Deletion (Recommended) You can trigger an immediate deletion of your data within the app:

    1. Tap the “Settings” (Gear icon) in the top right corner of the main screen.

    2. Tap the blue “Delete Data” link at the bottom of the menu.

    3. Confirm the prompt by tapping “OK”.

    4. Confirm the final warning (“This action cannot be undone”) by tapping “OK” again.

  • Method 2: Facebook Data Deletion (For Linked Accounts) If your account is linked to Facebook, you can request deletion via your Facebook settings:

    1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy > Settings.

    2. Select Apps and Websites.

    3. Find our game and click Remove.

    4. Check the box to “Send a request to [Game Name] to delete your data” and click Remove.

  • Method 3: Email Request If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access it, email us at support@bubblegame.cc with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Please provide your Player ID or linked email. We will process your request within 30 days.

Note: Deleting your data results in the permanent loss of all game progress and purchases. This action is irreversible.
